How It Works

Our Approach

1
Our tenants have diverse backgrounds and lived experiences, and for some, bare or impersonal environments may trigger trauma-related distress or feelings of vulnerability.
2
We take a person-centred approach to creating welcoming, comfortable living environments that reflect each individual’s preferences and needs, while encouraging them to personalise their space and develop a sense of ownership, independence and belonging.
3
We are committed to empowering vulnerable adults through tailored, person-centred care and support that recognises each individual’s unique circumstances and challenges. Whether navigating financial hardship, mental health difficulties or other barriers to wellbeing, we work collaboratively with a network of charities, community organisations and specialist workshops to connect individuals with the right resources and opportunities. By taking a holistic approach, we aim to provide well-rounded, responsive support that promotes independence, builds confidence and enables people to make positive, lasting changes in their lives.
4
By building strong partnerships with Local Authorities, Housing Associations, charities and community groups across London, we deliver joined-up support that tackles the root causes of homelessness, helps individuals move towards stability and independence, and creates lasting positive change in their lives.

FAQs

1. What support do you provide?
Support is tailored to each resident and may include:
• Help with budgeting and managing benefits
• Support accessing healthcare and mental health services
• Life skills training (e.g., cooking, cleaning, job readiness)
• Assistance with moving towards independent living
• Emotional support and signposting to other services
2. How do I apply for accommodation?
You can apply directly by contacting us, or you may be referred by a local authority, support agency, or charity. We assess each application to ensure we can meet the individual’s needs.
3. How long can someone stay in your accommodation?
Length of stay depends on the individual’s needs and progress. Some residents stay for a few months, others for longer, until they are ready to move on to more independent housing.
4. Are staff on-site?
Yes — our trained support workers are available to provide guidance and assistance. Staff presence levels depend on the property and the individual needs of residents.
5. Do you work with other organisations?
Absolutely. We partner with local authorities, health services, charities, and community organisations to ensure residents receive comprehensive care and support.
6. How is your service funded?
Our service is funded through a combination of rent (often covered by Housing Benefit), local authority funding, and charitable contributions.
7. Can residents have visitors?
Visitors are welcome within reasonable limits, but we have safeguarding and safety procedures in place to protect all residents.
8. How do you ensure residents’ safety?
We maintain safe, well-managed properties with risk assessments, safeguarding policies, and trained staff. Safety and dignity are always our top priorities.
